Canvas prints: printed on a poly-cotton canvas with a soft matte finish, hand-stretched over a solid wood stretcher frame. The canvas arrives ready to hang.
Art prints: printed on premium matte fine art paper and supplied unframed, so you can choose the frame that suits your home.

FINISH & FRAMING
Canvas Print: Your artwork is printed on canvas, stretched over a wooden frame and finished with a floating frame in Oak, White or Black. A small gap between the canvas and frame creates the floating effect. Delivered framed and ready to hang.
Art Print: Your artwork is printed on premium matte fine art paper and supplied without a frame. Choose your favourite size, then frame it your way.

Shipping is free worldwide. Each artwork is made to order and carefully packaged to protect it during delivery.
Delivery usually takes 5–10 days from the time you place your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

What is the difference between a canvas print and an art print?
A canvas print has a textured surface with a soft matte finish. It comes stretched over a wooden support and finished with a floating frame in Oak, White or Black.
An art print is printed on premium matte fine art paper and comes without a frame, so you can choose one that suits your home.

Does my canvas arrive ready to hang?
Yes. Your canvas arrives fully assembled, with your chosen floating frame in Oak, White or Black and a hanging system included.
Paper art prints are supplied without a frame and need framing before hanging.
What size should I choose?
Start by measuring the space where you would like to display your artwork, then compare it with the available sizes above. You can use paper or removable tape to mark out a size on your wall.

Can I see the artwork on my own wall before buying?
Yes — I offer a free personalised wall mockup.
Email a clear, straight-on photo of your wall to info@henriettevisscher.com, together with approximate wall measurements and the artwork you are considering. Include a little of the surrounding room so I can show how the piece could look in your space.
Is shipping free, and when will my order arrive?
Shipping is included in the price of your artwork for the destinations available at checkout.
Each piece is made to order. Production usually takes 1–2 business days, although some orders may take 4–5 business days.
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
- Europe and the UK: 2–5 business days.
- USA and Canada: 3–7 business days.
- Australia: 4–8 business days.
These delivery times are additional to production time. Timing varies by destination, and public holidays, carrier delays or customs may affect delivery.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched. For another destination or a particular deadline, please email info@henriettevisscher.com before ordering.
Can I return my artwork?
If your artwork is not the right fit, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving it.
Please email info@henriettevisscher.com before sending anything back. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and return shipping is at your expense.
Please read the Refund Policy for the full conditions and exceptions. If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me straight away so I can help resolve the issue.
How is my artwork packaged?
Your artwork is carefully packaged to protect it during delivery.
Unframed paper art prints are rolled and shipped in a protective tube. Framed canvas prints are securely packaged to protect the artwork and frame in transit.
Please keep the packaging until you have checked your artwork. If anything arrives damaged, email me photos of the artwork, packaging and shipping label so I can investigate with the print partner.
Can I ask you for help before ordering?

What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact info@henriettevisscher.com as soon as possible, quoting your order number.
Include clear photos of the issue, the outer and inner packaging, and the shipping label. Keep the artwork and packaging while the issue is being reviewed.
I will investigate with the print partner and help arrange an appropriate solution.
Will the colours look exactly like they do on my screen?
Colours can look slightly different on different screens and in different lighting. The texture of canvas and matte fine art paper can also affect how the artwork appears.
The product images are a guide, and small differences between the screen image and the finished print are normal.
